We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. 

Refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days for unopened and unused products.

1. Refunds
   1. Refund items must be in new condition and unused. This includes all the original packaging.
   2. Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
   3. Funds may take up to 5 business days to clear after processing depending on the payment method and the financial institution.

Used or opened items will not be returned or exchanged. 

All bike sales are final.

1. Cancelation of Orders
   1. RJ's Bikes reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before the order has been completed/collected for any of the following reasons;
      1. Goods ordered were subject to an error on our Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted.
      2. Item is out of stock in store.
      3. We do not receive a reply from you within 3 business days when we have contacted you for any reason in relation to your order.

All layby deposits are 50% and non refundable. (Available in store only)

We aim for all click and collect orders to be available for pick up within 3 hours from ordering, from time to time this may vary. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready for collection from 10am on the next business day unless notified
